How do I know the Surveyor/Assessor/ can be trustworthy?
To give you peace of mind, the Surveyors and Assessors must have a current Criminal Records Bureau Check and are members of a Certification/Accreditation Scheme to help protect home buyers and sellers.
Are fully insured to protect ourselves and our clients.
Carry identification with details of their Certification/Accreditation Scheme.

How quickly can I get an appointment?
We know how important it is to get moving quickly in the property market, so we are very flexible and offer evening and weekend slots where possible.
How quickly can the Reports be produced?
We aim to produce and send an electronic version of our Reports to our clients within 48 hours of the Inspection taking place.
How long will the Inspection take?
That depends on what service you have and the size of the property. It could be as little as one hour.
