The Survey will deliver a comprehensive and jargon-free report that will tell you about the building condition and defects, any structural movement, damp, rot and woodworm, heating and electrical services, drains and environmental issues. The HCR also includes an Energy Performance Certificate and a reinstatement cost for building insurance. This Survey can only be carried out by a qualified member of a Certification Scheme that has been approved by Communities and Local Government (CLG). |
